What to expect from a free consultation
You can expect a friendly, nonjudgmental conversation where I’ll ask you a bit about what is bringing you to therapy, and how I can help.
Research has shown that finding the right fit between client and therapist is the most important factor for therapeutic change. A consultation call is chance for you to ask any questions you might have and get a feel for if you want to work together.
If you’re not sure where to begin, these three questions can be a good place to start:
