Individual Therapy – $100/session

50 minutes, virtual or in-person
Long-term depth therapy, for those looking to make deep, lasting change in their lives. In my experience as both a clinician and a client, some crises can be resolved within a few months, while long-term personality or complex lifestyle changes can take 6 months or more. There’s no greater investment in yourself than walking the path of self-development.

Initially I will advise you to commit to weekly sessions (it’s hard to get to know someone well with anything less than weekly), and we can assess moving to bi-weekly or monthly as it fits your needs. Weekly and bi-weekly clients have a dedicated weekly slot, while monthly or bi-weekly clients may need to work around my schedule depending on availability.

Short Term Individual Therapy – $100/session

50 minutes, virtual or in-person. 4-8 week commitment
For those seeking “short term” counseling to get them through a current crisis, I offer a more goal-oriented approach where we focus on a specific crisis or dilemma that you are working through. We’ll come up with the parameters for change, target behaviors/coping mechanisms/outcomes, and assess progress towards your goal.

Couples Counseling – $150/session

60 minutes, virtual or in-person. Recommended ~6 week commitment
For couples seeking to enrich or repair their relationship, I offer couples counseling. I can help you identify and fix unhelpful patterns and cycles, improve communication, improve bedroom life, and other major relationship topics. Couples counseling seems to work best when done proactively (when both partners still want the relationship to work, in spite of their struggles).

Per ethical guidelines, I do not offer couples counseling when I am already seeing one of the members for individual counseling, and vice versa.

Sliding Scale – $70-90/session

50 minutes, virtual or in-person
I reserve a few sliding scale spots for people who are unable to afford my full rate. I ask my sliding scale clients to commit to weekly therapy in 2 month increments.
