If you’re interested in working together, reach out and let me know when you’re available for a free consultation call. I’ll reply via email, so keep an eye on your spam folder if you don’t see a reply within 48 hours.

What to expect from a free consultation:

You can expect a friendly, confidential conversation where I’ll ask you a bit about what is bringing you to therapy, and how I can help.

Research has shown that finding the right fit between client and therapist is the most important factor for therapeutic change. A consultation call is chance for you to ask any questions you might have and get a feel for if you want to work together.

If you’re not sure where to begin, these three questions can be a good place to start:

  1. What led you to consider therapy?
  2. Why now?
  3. How are you hoping therapy can help?
